空中瑜珈看起來很美,但做起來真的蠻累又操的. 需要用核心的力量,又經常需要倒立。如果正好感冒,有時會覺得暈眩。

但堅持一陣子後,發現整體曲線變好了,整個人也變得更有精神了。

建議把核心練好的人,再去玩空中瑜珈,很多動作比較能做到,去上課也比較有意義。
